- Account Management: Conducting regular face to face meetings with Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and discussing project developments

This role was primarily responsible for acting as Group/Conference Travel Operations Specialist and supporting all Travel & Logistics requirements of Groups/ Conference activities. Second in command leader of the Joint Venture between MCI Global Group and the Zahara Group, Oman. Handled complete travel and tour logistics of incoming groups from 10 to 3000 PAX.
- Visa Support: Gathering all required documents from group, checking eligibility and submitting the same to Public Relations Officer for further processing
- Ticket Booking: Gathering verified passport copies, confirming the itinerary with end client, and post internal approvals booking the ticket from in house ticketing agency
- Airport Transfers: Entering the details accurately in ETOS software and following up with logistics team to ensure driver reaches on time and provides great service to scattered group arrivals and departures
- Provide Professional Advise to clients regarding Tours, Accommodation, Visa, Transportation, Gala Dinner etc requirements for their Oman events
- Quotation and Proposal Submission: Creating detailed customized power point format proposals and itemized costing.
- Oversee group/ event travel and negotiate, contract and manage hotel room blocks. Protecting interest of company and hotel through fair auto release policy
- Checking and reconciliation of bills from hotels, travel partners and other vendor
- Conference Production: C-level Executives Outreach and Conference Program Creation through Original Research
- Business Development: Securing Business and executing Conference production to finally onsite smooth execution
- Conference Management: Consultant for the newly created conference division.
- Supervised and streamlined the entire portfolio of conferences
